At Salvatori’s Ornamental Iron Work Co., our custom-made window wells are designed with one goal in mind: to offer superior safety without sacrificing style. We construct our window wells using heavy-duty steel bar grating, which is far stronger and more secure than the standard vertical bars found in most off-the-shelf products. This grating offers excellent ventilation and natural light access while supporting heavy weight and withstanding outdoor elements. It also adds a clean, industrial-modern aesthetic that looks sharp against any exterior.

But what truly sets our window wells apart is the thoughtful functionality we build into every design. Many of our covers feature hydraulic lift systems, making them easy to open in case of an emergency. With just a simple push, the cover lifts smoothly—no need to fight with stuck or heavy panels.
